Thanks :)

Draco smiled at the response as he read it, absent-mindedly giving a live mouse to his owl. That went better than he'd hoped.

Hermione,

That was part of what always infuriated me about you as it was something my father had raised me to believe should not be physically possible. But even exceptional second years should not be able to brew polyjuice with distinctly less than professional equipment and surroundings, especially given how badly Professor Snape taught classrooms full of students the fundamentals of doing anything other than mixing potions. He was a much better teacher one to one.

And I'm unsure whether what I am working on will work as there's a theoretical limit of transferring or reassembling 91 packets of data in a second - and no one has even bothered pushing things past about three because they haven't seen a need. But a picture is worth a thousand words. So even theoretically there's a lot that can be done and needs to be done.

Lunch tomorrow? I'll be there at half past twelve. And I have no wish to face your wrath.

Yours,
Draco Malfoy

This one had come much more easily, but Draco had kicked himself for being nervous about this as he sent the owl back a couple of hours later. It was after all only bushy-haired Hermione.
