Even though Hermione is was not blinded or deafened like the others, she is still in shock for a brief moment. Draco is demonstrating a strength and power that is pretty remarkable. And it is a brilliant reminder of how amazing of a wizard he is.
With her disillusion ended, Hermione moves forward to where the Squibs were kept captive. Her first priority is to get them out of danger.
She watches her surroundings carefully, her own wand ready to cast any spells that might be needed.
